Languages
Students can write in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Simplified Chinese, or mix them, and the assistant replies the same way.
Supported languages#

You choose which languages each agent offers in Admin → Agents.
How the language is chosen#
- The widget's own words (buttons, greeting, limits) follow your page's language setting, then the student's browser.
- The answer follows the language of the student's message, turn by turn. A student who switches language mid-conversation gets the next answer in the new language.
One set of records#
Keep your records in English. When a student asks in another language, the assistant finds the programme by its English name and gives the approved figure in the student's language. You don't maintain translated copies, so there's only one figure to keep right.
Fixed messages, such as declines, limits and hand-overs, are written in all three languages in advance rather than translated on the fly.
