Admitur documentation
Admitur is an enquiry assistant for universities and colleges. It sits on your website, answers prospective students from records your staff have approved, and hands them to the right officer when a person should take over.

How an answer is made#
Every message goes through the same steps. The model writes the reply, but it doesn't decide what's true: that comes from your records, and code checks the reply before the student sees it.
- Personal details are maskedNames, emails, phone numbers and ID numbers are replaced with placeholders before anything reaches a model. A message that still carries an ID-like number is held back and not sent anywhere.
- The question is classifiedA small model works out the topic, the stage (enquiry, admissions or visa), the language, and whether the student is in distress, is asking for a person, or is trying to make the assistant misbehave.
- The answer is drafted from your contentThe answering model can only look things up through three governed tools: list your programmes, read one approved record, and search your current documents. Every lookup is logged.
- The release check runsIf nothing was found, a record has expired, or the reply contains a number that isn't in your records or the student's own message, the reply is replaced with a polite decline and an offer to reach your team.
- The student sees the answer, with its sourcePlaceholders are swapped back for the student's own details, and the source sits under the answer.

- The widget for your website, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
